The International Criminal Court is a joke, as is any institution that does not have the power to enforce its decisions and judgements. If you can't enforce your judgements, what good are you? Why even bother? Western Imperial powers understand the language of violence and economic coercion, nothing else. As Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, India, etc., have demonstrated, counter force and the threat of violence with the same if you want to survive. Violence and the threat thereof is the only language the fascist Western leadership understands. Schoolyard rules. Sad, but this is where we stand.

Doesn’t that make sense after all? Remember George Bush’s “American service member’s act” or “Hague invasion act” (2002)…. Nothing will set the Empire back!….

Dear Ben, I really enjoy reading your articles and watching your video reports. The outrageous hypocrisy and 2 faced duplicitous behavior of "Human Rights Watch" never ceases to amaze me. In the report that you showed a screen-shot of in your recent video on China, HRW falsely claimed that US/NATO bombers only killed "hundreds" or "500" Serbian and other nationality civilians when they bombed Yugoslavia in 1999. This is patently false and a gross minimization of US/NATO government war crimes by the hypocritical and duplicitous HRW. The reality is that the civilian death toll from the 78 days long US/NATO bombardment ran into the thousands.

Tens of thousands of additional Serbian and other nationality civilians died from sustaining serious injuries and from various cancers after being exposed to highly toxic Depleted Uranium shelling by US/NATO aircraft. Hundreds of Italian and other European NATO member troops also died from various cancers after being stationed in the provinces of Kosovo and Metohija. Of course, US troops were told to avoid these highly contaminated with DU areas in Kosovo and Metohija like the Bubonic Plague.
