USA are very consistent in what they declare: they are in favor of a 2 State solution, but they refuse to recognize Palestine as a State! Very consequent attitude. Say one thing but do the opposite. I think the USA should be banned from the UN.

So? Appeals to majoritarianism are extremely lame arguments. The UN has never been a direct democracy by design.

Are you going to try to convince me next that China and Russia are both true representatives of the will of their people at the UN?

Tell me why Palestine should be a UN member state. Make the moral and legal case, not some silly on its face “will of the world” argument.
