In her first UN speech, Honduras' left-wing President Xiomara Castro denounced colonialism, "neoliberal injustice," and foreign corporations that have exploited her country, calling for multipolarity.
Seems like yesterday and desperate caravans since Zelaya was deposed by Clinton as Secretary of State, RIP Berta Caseres. Castro's poignant recounting of those reponsible for our immigration problem/creation is only ameliorated by the hope in her words that the pink tide is resurging, possibly to save the Western Hemisphere. Go Lula tsunami!
Great speech. Too bad my country is the villain in this story.
