"Inequality and war are inextricably tied together --- inequality is the blood on the blade of capitalism."

Compare this with 2015 or about ten years ago.

This was under Obama.

It gets worse, and worse, and worse.

It is hard to find the actual data of the amount of real estate that the Royal Family alone owns.

According to this article and others, the King, Charles, owns . billion acres of land or one sixth of the globes surface.

This is why there must be a global movement to challenge an entrenched global ruling class.

There's a serious typo: "The document details how, while hundreds of BILLIONS of working people ..." Doubtless it should be hundreds of MILLIONS.

It's so ironic that the 1% at the WEF who virtue signal and display abject hypocrisy over global equality as well as spout greenwashed BS about tackling climate change is used by the 1% themselves to scaremonger about a WEF cabal bent on green left wing policies. Lots of right wing people have fallen for this deliberate ploy that protects free markets and Imperialism.

Even if you don’t understand Modern Monetary Theory (MMT), which explains why increased taxation at the federal level is not needed to pay for federal spending, for the sake of fairness, the Uber Rich should pay taxes. Not paying for programs that benefit the 90% while shoveling money at “defense” programs is a political excuse, not an economic one.

Feliz 2023! #RussiaZ #RotaDaSeda #BRI

Re: "A tax of up to 5% on the world’s multi-millionaires and billionaires could raise $1.7 trillion a year ..." Anyone know whether this proposed annual tax is an additional tax on income? Or is it an annual tax on wealth in addition to income tax?

Meanwhile, Davos/WEF, where non-corp news is banned, is conspiring to enact even worse measures with impunity.

The dystopian future is now. We are in the matrix and to know this, unlike in the movie, fighting is not an option. Though creating alternative communities has a chance.

We are up against a form of slavery - national and global- never before so all encompassing:

Mass indoctrination and control of information, silencing of dissent and persecution of journalists who tell the truth, control of populace by police states, military/ industrial dominion, instillation of puppet governments, rigging all systems of power and economics, mass surveillance, to name a few mechanisms.

Did anyone see news coverage the other day of the anti-war protest in NYC, with speakers using words like “imperialism”?

When most of the UN countries voted to condemn the Israeli occupation and genocide of Palestine last year, nothing happened. Etc etc

In the past, there was the some opportunity for consciousness raising. Some ability to gather and organize opposition though, save the emancipation of slaves, which as we see simply led to another form of enslavement, we’re now embedded even more deeply into inverted totalitarianism and it’s accepted as “freedom.”

Even people like us who know and have learned- thank you for educating me on so much history and current atrocity / inequality - find it impossible to imagine changing it.

The closest I’ve come to imagining a solution in the US is for people to joint stock purchase land as autonomous zones building self-reliant infrastructure, alternate currency, and with full defense against assault. Not communes. Autonomous community.

The closest ethical standards are found in mutual aid Anarchist models and primitive Christianity.

My studies on structural models closest to success are found in tribal systems and the 1800s communitarian efforts. The latter can be tied to “Radical Garrisonianism” and there’s a reason it’s been wiped from 1800’s history.

I feel our biggest priority, equal to educating and showing people the truth, is to begin exploring and forming these autonomous communities. Religious groups have done it for centuries.

Secondly, healing trauma and abuse- beginning with harms within the family system and results of poverty, spreading outward concentrically, as much disempowerment and inability to act comes from the destruction of our emotional and physical well-being.

But this is based on human to human connection- also destroyed. There are few places to express my thoughts on all this, so I tend to write long comments!

I deeply appreciate your work and the immense effort and time invested. Your talent exceeds adjectives. 🙏🏼
