Donald Trump won the 2024 US presidential election in a landslide. Why did Kamala Harris lose so badly? In short, the billionaire-funded Democrats failed to offer an economic alternative.
It's also funny how Harris's 2020 campaign featured single-payer health care, but was conspicuously absent from her 2024 campaign. The whole point of the democrat party is to prevent movement to the left.
One thing I’d add, is that over the last 2-3 months Tim Waltz, Hillary Clinton and John Kerry made statements that the “freedom of speech is not absolute and some changes will need to be made”.
I bet you that didn’t resonate well with many people. Just as the support for Israel’s genocide.
Price controls, and minimum wage are what lead to less small business and more giant oligarchs controlling fewer and larger corporations. Is this, The Economist?

That's what's called "ratchet effect". Republicans move everything to the right, and democrats keep it from going back to the left.
Right, I was thinking the same thing. I just forgot the name of it
There is a very self-explanatory picture of the "ratchet effect". I can't share it here, but google it.
The Democrats will forever be the party that threw everyone under the bus to prioritize the genocide🤬

I remember a Klobuchar with Graham in Kiev in 2014. Who wasn't in the coup?
Probably the best breakdown of the election results I've read so far. Good work, Ben!

This is the best summary I’ve read. Well written.
